Claire Hunter

Claire Hunter is President and Broker / Owner of Claire Hunter Realty, Inc., which she founded in 1982. She received her undergraduate degree in Journalism, specializing in Public Relations, from California State University in Long Beach and a Master of Science degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida. Claire has continued her education, receiving numerous real estate designations, which enable her to better assist her clients and her associates. She has mentored and trained many associates, some of whom have gone on to form brokerages of their own.

Claire grew up in the Daytona Beach area, attending St. Paul's Catholic School, Father Lopez Catholic High School, and Daytona Beach Community College (now Daytona State College). Her personal knowledge of the area has been tremendously helpful to clients searching for the specific properties and relocating nationally and internationally. She speaks Spanish fluently

When she founded Claire Hunter Realty, her vision was to create brokerage which specialized in fine homes - homes that were in great condition, in great neighborhoods, and priced equitably, whether they were $200,000 or $2 million. Her philosophy is to treat clients and associates with honesty, integrity and respect at all times. After over 30 years in the real estate business, Claire Hunter and Claire Hunter Realty, Inc., enjoy a sterling reputation amongst her clients and peers. She has a long-standing tradition of community service, and fundraising for charitable organizations, and has served in many community leadership roles. Her efforts have been recognized with a numerous awards.
